Infinette.ai is an AI-powered personal assistant platform. It provides a conversational AI assistant called Ate Nette, along with tools for journaling, reminders, and daily tracking and personal organisation.
Ate Nette is an AI assistant, she is thoughtful, warm, and helpful, but she is not a licensed therapist, doctor, financial advisor, or legal professional. Please do not treat her responses as professional advice in those areas.
To use Infinette.ai you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Infinette.ai. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Infinette.ai offers a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial and your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you keep access until then. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are shown in Euros and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date your contract begins. However, by checking the consent box at checkout and requesting immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that you waive this right once access has begun.

You own everything you write and create inside Infinette.ai, your journal entries, your conversations, your reminders. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your personal content to train AI models.
You agree not to use Infinette.ai to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Infinette.ai available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Triban Online Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Infinette.ai.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague, South Holland, the Netherlands.
As a consumer in the EU you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Your 14-day trial is your time to decide. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. On day 14, your card is charged for the first month and your subscription begins. After the day-14 charge, your payment is non-refundable. Infinette reserves the right to review and grant refunds at its sole discretion in rare cases involving confirmed technical errors on our end or duplicate charges. To request a discretionary review, email hello@infinettehub.com with full details. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
